Pretext to London

Been running for about 6 years now, luckily getting faster every year (can't last forever though).  Completed two Marathons to date, first in 3:16 second in 2:58

So got my good for age time and hence my entry for Virgin London Marathon.  Twice entered the Luton Marathon but both times its been cancelled.  So I have completed 4 marathon training programs and only two Marathons!

Normal weekly training is 50 - 60 miles. Can peak over 100 on very rare occasions.

The aim of London is to give it my best shot and see what I can do.  All the goals I've set I have achieved, so I'm running for fun these days before running retirement.
